Capacity Building

A Federal government contractor with a large international portfolio commissioned an organizational development framework to support its contract proposals.  Working with their technical experts and program participants, a framework was created that was tailored to grassroots conditions, reflected the philosophy and program expertise of the client, and maximized learning.  The framework was supported by a capacity assessment and planning tool to be administered by program participants and partners.  It has been used to grow the portfolio considerably and serves as a benchmark in the sector.
