An international organization operating in Asia recognized its programs were not bringing positive change for its women clients to the extent desired. We helped them conduct an audit of programs and country offices to determine if they leveraged the capacity of women as much as men. This resulted in changes in work practices and program approaches to increase involvement of women with potential for greater impact and increased funding.
