Susan Colantuono is the CEO of Leading Women, the founder of the Women's Institute for Leadership at Bryant University, and a leadership consultant for Lifespan.  She brings a unique blend of business savvy, creativity, experience and strategic thinking to her work.  She has consulted to organizations and / or coached women leaders in healthcare, manufacturing, technology, financial, professional and other services.  She is an engaging and dynamic speaker who draws on her many years experience to create unique and motivating speak-inas - a powerful blend of shared knowledge, wisdom and experience combined with illuminating interactive activities.  The extensive leadership curriculum she offers includes: Leadership Essentials for Women, The Language of Leadership, Mentoring for Leadership Excellence, The Secrets of Strategy, and Negotiating: Winning Strategies for Women. 

Martin Kane is a leading trainer in the financial, risk management, and and business sectors.  He is a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors UK and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and combines extensive experience in internal audit and finance management with innovative and engaging training techniques.  He consults in the risk policy, government and treasury budgeting, and SEC compliance areas and has worked with clients as diverse as Price Waterhouse Coopers UK and USA, the Royal College of Nurses, HM Treasury, Canon, Plan International, the Shell Global Audit Network, the UK Ministry of Defence, and Save the Children USA.  He combines creativity, humour, cultural awareness, and practicality as he assists managers of all types and levels gain financial intelligence and capacity in costing, budgeting, internal controls and audit, risk awareness, and corporate governance.

Meg Kinghorn is a specialist in civil society, peacebuilding and NGO capacity building.  She facilitates partnerships and networks.  Her clients have included Pact, Catholic Relief Services, AED, InterAction, UNDP, UNV, and Save the Children.  In Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America she has launched a global network of mult-sectoral capacity building practitioners, directed policy reform dialogues, and designed and evaluated civil society development programs.  Meg has also managed and provided technical assistance to a variety of international organizations.  She facilitates workshops and processes that engage participants at all levels.  She has superior skills in proposal and strategy development, and program assessment and evaluation.  She is certified in Appreciative Inquiry and Spiral Dynamics and holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Management from World Learning.

Catherine Onyemelukwe is a specialist in resource development for nonprofits.  She is a Certified Fundraising Executive.  She has created sound policies and practices leading to successful fundraising for secular and faith-based nonprofits.  She has trained board members and volunteers in winning gift solicitation strategies and donor cultivation.  Catherine has served on the boards of the National Peace Corps Association, the World Affairs Forum, the Unitarian Universalists Women's Federation, and the Westport Library.  She has created and implemented development plans, increasing annual giving and doubling the number of major donors.  She has written successful grants to foundations and corporations.  She has lead the choice and implementation of essential fundraising software for several organizations.  Catherine earned her undergraduate degree at Mount Holyoke college and her MBA at Yale.

Martha Hopewell is an creative and engaging consultant in organizational effectiveness.  She has both domestic and international experience in non-profit management.  She is a qualified leadership coach.  She has assisted organizations in Africa, Asia and the US to conduct organizational assessments, facilitate strategic planning, restructure operations, and lead project and proposal teams.   She has designed, managed and evaluated projects in community mobilization, education, health, youth development and the arts.  Martha is a talented communicator and writer, and has developed successful promotional materials and events to raise visibility, improve outreach, and generate revenue for clients.  She graduated from Wellesley College and obtained an M.Sc. in Social Anthopology from the London School of Economics.

Dr. Linde Rachel is a specialist in all phases of quantitative and qualitative social research and analysis.  She designs and conducts evaluation research including impact assessments for clients such as the World Bank, Chemonics International, CARE, Concern, Clark University, Management Sciences for Health, and PLAN International.  Her particular areas of focus are gender, household livelihood and food security, early warning systems, primary health care, and civil society capacity.  She has also designed and lead numerous initiatives to build evaluation capacity in various countries and has managed research staffs, field teams, and and training consultants.  Dr. Rachel holds a Phd. in Sociology from the Univeristy of Colorado and has advanced computer skills across a broad range of data entry, analysis and presentation software.  She trains in project and strategic planning and has presented at a variety of academic fora, and the American Evaluation and Sociological Associations.

Dr. Alice Stitelman is an experienced training consultant.  She specializes in providing high quality, customized training programs to enhance the productivity of major business clients throughout the United States, Asia and Europe.  She is also a seasoned communications expert who specializes in helping managers and professionals communicate more powerfully.  She offers training programs in email effectiveness, writing, and presentation skills.  As an instructional designer, she has designed, implemented and evaluated training programs for such organizations as Aetna Life Insurance, Dow Chemical, Save the Children, the US Navy, the State of Connecticut, and Visa International.  Dr. Stitelman is the author of educational software on English grammar, an article on proposal writing, and a book on the training process—Trainer's Resource Manual (McGraw-Hill).

Jamie Folsom is a e-learning specilist, web developer, and informational designer with skill in envisioning and creating useful, usable tools. He is an experienced, patient and inspiring teacher with and about technology.  He holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Harvard University.   Jamie has worked as a web developer for the WGBH Foundation, Blue State Digital, and leads his own company Gilead Brook Web Consulting.  Before he served as a US Peace Corps volunteer in Guinea, West Africa, where he learned a great deal about the appropriate, and improvisational uses of technology, and about the importance of access to, and participation in education, politics, and community.
